Tooth discolouration affects esthetics and has a psychological impact on self-confidence behaviour. Treatment modalities include polishing bleaching. The purpose of this case report was to document the effect walking bleach method using 35% hydrogen peroxide esthetics, surrounding tissue. impact. A 39-year-old female patient reported with discolored maxillary left central incisor. On examination, tooth asymptomatic exhibited discoloration. Radiographic findings indicated an acceptable root canal treatment. first visit, shade D3. Composite occluding pulp chamber 3 mm cervical radicular filling were then removed allow for placement protective barrier. Then, placed, cavity sealed. recalled after five days change in recorded as A1. bleaching agent irrigated flushed off permanently filled composite restoration. Recall sessions scheduled at 1 & 4 months. In conclusion, management non-vital discoloration effective, safe, had positive patient’s self-perception.
